ERIN YASGAR

CEO + Founder

Erin started SLD with three goals in mind - to be smart, fast and efficient with the solutions to her client’s challenges.

With a background in design and marketing, and time on both sides of the client/agency table, Erin brings creative thinking to business challenges and has developed a penchant for data. She started pushing the envelope in the early days of the web; launching the first music download with Amazon and the first MP3 ringtone with Verizon. She has won two Webby Awards and a Communication Arts Award.

A travel junkie she has managed to visit all 50 states and lived in four of them. She loves cooking and interior design and will sheepishly admit she has seen Wilco over 50 times.

TY SHARP

Digital Strategy + Transformation

Ty leads the Digital Strategy and Transformation practice. A hyphenate, full-stack Marketer, Ty specializes in designing integrated programs, building operational resilience and helping brands realize business value.

Fun fact: In 2012, Ty was as an audition finalist on Season 4 of "The Voice". However, he declined to proceed to pursue his career.

Originally from Texas, Ty lives in Los Angeles where he enjoys the perfect weather, live concerts and killing it at karaoke.

MICHELLE WALLACE

Ad Operations + Strategy

Hailing from the great city of St. Louis Michelle oversees our traders, ad operations and client strategy and is our resident ticketing genius. With, as she calls it, her "PhD in Ticketmaster”,  our venues love Michelle and her all encompassing knowledge of how to best sell more tickets! Michelle has worked in branding, design and inside agencies for years and has been a part of the success of brands such as the Altria in Vegas, Motorola and Burton Snowboards. Fun Fact: Michelle invented the signature cocktail for the Beverly Hilton hotel’s 50th anniversary rebranding. When she isn’t pouring over raw data and pivot tables you can find her in the garden or watching obscure foreign indie films and sci-fi.

BETH CARMELLINI

Production + Delivery

Beth Carmellini oversees the production of all assets. Managing our creatives and developers across multiple disciplines Beth’s ability to get all the creative juices flowing and delivered on time are second to none.

In her former life, she was a professional musician for many years and toured extensively. You can still find her in the studio from time to time. In her spare time she avoids the gym, practices yoga regularly, eats an unhealthy amount of ice cream and loves cooking with friends. 

 
 

IRINA FIEG

Marketing Technology + Ad Operations

Irina is our project coordinator extraordinaire helping support the team across areas such as artwork trafficking, analysis, and technical support. A taxonomy master Irina keeps SLD organized and knows where everything is when everyone else doesn’t. At home, you'll usually find her dancing around as if no one is watching (except her cat Oliver The Void). Irina loves to hike and backpack along the Appalachian Trail. 

A native of Long Island, Irina recently returned home after ten years of mid-atlantic living. 

ANDY BIRDWELL

Design

Andy Birdwell is a digital artist and web designer cranking out HTML 5 banner ads, website designs, HTML emails, and many other interactive oddities. Fender Jazzmasters, Gibson Melody Makers and four wheeled planks keep him occupied in his free time in sunny Southern California. He has an orange tabby named Fax Machine.

JULIE LIMA

Marketing Administration

Hailing from the bustling streets of NYC, she's swapped skyscrapers for serene Ohio landscapes, bringing a big-city spark to the heart of the Midwest.

She is a true chameleon, and a maestro of multitasking and getting things done!

Fun Fact: While Julie might be a newcomer to Ohio, she's no stranger to adventure. Back in the Big Apple, she once won a falafel eating contest against a New York pigeon.

When Julie isn't helping to weave marketing magic, you'll likely spot her exploring culinary delights, mastering the art of cooking, playing League of Legends, or immersing herself in epic Dungeons & Dragons adventures.

RUSS GOOBERMAN

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Russ An expert in multi-platform SEO and mobile App Store Optimization (ASO), Russ has engineered sustained organic traffic growth and coordinated spikes on demand for clients including the NIH, Jets.com and AAA. He's optimized on an array of platforms including Wordpress, Squarespace, Shopify, Google Local, YouTube, the iOS app store and Google Play.

Russ also is a two-time Webby Award-winning content creator and a veteran of improvisational theater.

FRANKIE HAMERSMA

Design

Frankie Hamersma is a Los Angeles-based designer, creative director, educator and animal lover. She currently serves as graphic designer for Silver Lake Digital and is part-time professor at Otis College of Art and Design. She is an explorer of process and pushes ideation to execution. Frankie provides graphic design for a spectrum of voices and mediums. While working with SLD, she has worked with various clients to create a variety of digital to printed assets.

In 2017, she served as the associate producer for Grammy award winning Voyager Golden Record 40th Anniversary Edition Boxset. During her career, she has developed visual identity systems, album packaging and book/magazine design for a variety of musicians, educational and cultural institutions. Frankie received her BFA and Masters in Graphic Design from Otis College of Art and Design, graduating with honors and as Class Marshal.
